Biography
Dr. Currie is a lecturer in SFU’s Faculty of Health Sciences and a research scientist and knowledge translation specialist at CARMHA. Her research experience includes collaborating with diverse stakeholders across a variety of both community-based and institutional research projects, engaging with people with lived experience of homelessness, mental illness, substance use, and survival sex work, and contributing to multiple peer-reviewed publications, the production of knowledge translation products, and grant applications.
