Substance Use, Co-Morbidities and Interventions in Correctional Populations

This program investigates the epidemiology of substance use and associated co-morbidity and health indicators in (primarily federal) correctional populations in Canada. Furthermore, the feasibility and outcomes of targeted interventions (e.g., opioid maintenance treatment) to reduce substance use related disease, risks and harms in correctional populations are examined.
