Save a webpage to PDF

Firefox on Windows

Save to PDF is not a built-in feature supported by Firefox on Windows. There are many extensions in Firefox's Add-On library for additional functionality.

1. Print Pages to PDF is a popular add-on featured by Mozilla that lets you easily save pages in a few clicks. Click here to download.

2. Restart Firefox after installation is completed.

3. Right click on any page and select Print Active Tab to save the current page as a PDF file.

4. The app will process the page and will automatically open the PDF in your PDF reader.

5. If you have Adobe Reader installed, go to File then click Save As to select a location for your PDF.

5. If you are using Windows 8, the file will open in Windows' built-in PDF reader. Click Save As to select a location, then click Save.

Firefox on Mac

1. Click the settings icon in the top right corner, then click the Print icon.

2. In the Print window, select the PDF drop down menu and click Open PDF in Preview. Or click Save as PDF... to save the file on to your computer.

Google Chrome on Windows

1. Press Control + P.

2. In the window, select the Change button.

3. Select Save as PDF as destination.

4. Select a destination to save your PDF file, then click Save.

Google Chrome on Mac


1. Go to the File menu and select Print.

2. The Chrome print window should appear, then select Open PDF In Preview.

Safari

1. Go to the File menu and select Export to PDF.

2. Select a destination to save the PDF, then open the file.

Internet Explorer on Windows

Saving a page to a PDF file is currently not supported in any versions of Internet Explorer. We recommend Google Chrome for Windows users.
