Shannon Byrne Susko has been working with CEOs, Boards, executive teams, and individuals who want to grow, both personally and professionally, for over 14 years. Shannon is a serial tech entrepreneur who implemented the Rockefeller Habits to scale up her various firms which she built and successfully exited. She has since written her own book, The Metronome Effect, on how to rhythmically integrate all the crucial parts of your business to lead to predictable profit.

Prior to this, she was former President of DST Subserveo and former Co-founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of Subserveo Inc. Her technical expertise is coupled with extensive sales, marketing and operations experience. She is also former Co-founder, President and CEO of Paradata Systems Inc. and led the sale of Paradata to Payment Processing Inc. based in California. Shannon holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Science degrees from Saint Mary's University and a Masters of Computer Science degree from Technical University of Nova Scotia, and currently resides in Whistler, BC with her husband and three children.
