Science Outreach Volunteer
The Science in Action program offers interactive science workshops, activities and lab tours to K-12 school and community groups to allow the faculty to share their labs, research expertise and inspire science learning among the youth. Student volunteers in this program assist workshop facilitators and presenters in running experiments and lab visits, help young students with the activities, and serve as role models as SFU students engaged in science.
