What is the ISC Wellness Program?
Join a community of Indigenous students to support each other’s wellness goals. Participate in various in-person activities throughout the year and/or connect via our virtual community through CANVAS to access and share resources, encourage other students, and share about your own wellness journey. There will be prizes along the way to help keep you motivated. See the ISC Calendar of Events to learn more about upcoming workshops and activities.
If you have any questions or ideas that you would like to see happen, please feel free to contact Indigenous Student Life Coordinator, Liz Adams (email@example.com).
Join Auntie Pattie every Wednesday from 1:00pm-1:30pm in AQ 2002 for a wellness break.
