What is the ISC Wellness Program?

Join a community of Indigenous students to support each other’s wellness goals. Participate in various in-person activities throughout the year and/or connect via our virtual community through CANVAS to access and share resources, encourage other students, and share about your own wellness journey.  There will be prizes along the way to help keep you motivated. Smudging Break

Join us Wednesdays from 1:00pm-1:30pm in AQ 2002 for a wellness break.

Cooking Program

Come cook with us on Fridays (bi-weekly) from 10am-12pm in AQ 2002! This is a space to chat about nutrition and meal planning while enjoying some delicious food together.
