Reactivate your SFU account

An active SFU account is required if you would like to access the following university systems:

  • go.sfu.ca to order transcripts or apply for graduate studies
  • myinfo.sfu.ca to view your SFU payroll history
  • Alumni email fowarding service to send emails with an @alumni.sfu.ca or @sfu.ca address
If you have previously created an @alumni.sfu.ca email forwarding address, you may be able to log into SFU's online systems and do not need to reactivate your account. To verify this, try logging in here.

If you only need to reset your password, go here.

Note: You will be required to input your SFU student number below. Can't remember it? Please request it by going here. You should receive your student number within 3-5 business days.
