QUICK TIPS
- Arrive on time and go to the AQ 3000 Northeast corner (near Renaissance Coffee Shop) between:
- 8:00 - 9:00 a.m. for a morning ceremony
- 12:45 - 1:45 p.m. for an afternoon ceremony.
- Check the forecast and dress for the weather!
- Bring your SFU student I.D. or a government issued I.D. (driver’s license, passport); you'll need it to get your parchment!
- Make sure your guests are prepared. Remind your guests that seating is outdoors. Guests should go find their seats early as seating is first-come, first-served.
- Before you send your guests to Convocation Mall and line up for your procession, give them your purse/bag, flowers, balloons, and other large items to hold onto during the ceremony.

Shop grad gifts, degree frames and more! The SFU Bookstore & Spirit Shop will have a graduation pop-up shop next to Convocation Mall in the Diamond Family Auditorium.
