If you have forgotten your SFU student number, please complete the form below. Our staff will verify your information and email you with your student number within 3-5 business days.

NOTE:  This form is for people who have graduated from SFU and are alumni.

Please use the last name you used as a student
Month-day-year (e.g. January 1, 1990)
e.g. BA '08, MEd '12
e.g. Major Biology, Minor Psychology, etc.
This should be a external email address (e.g. Gmail, Yahoo, etc.)
Your SFU computing ID used to log into SFU systems (i.e. your SFU email)
