We have two Thermo Delta V mass spectrometers. One is dedicated to measurements of carbon, nitrogen, sulfur, oxygen and hydrogen of bulk samples. The second is for compound specific measurements using gas chromatography (GC-C-IRMS). This includes the carbon and nitrogen isotope ratios of single amino acids, and the carbon, hydrogen and oxygen isotope measurements of lipids.
