Co-President: Harpreet Dubb

Hi! I am Harpreet, a fourth-year computer science student at SFU. When I'm not studying, I enjoy spending time outdoors with my dog Milo, trying out new food spots, and experimenting with my culinary skills in the kitchen. I am thrilled to be a part of this year's WiCS team and can't wait to help grow this empowering community for women in computing science!

Co-President: Denise Siu

Hi everyone! My name is Denise and I'm a Computing Science major and an Interactive Arts and Technology minor here at SFU. Aside from school I enjoy dragon boating, rock climbing, and always trying new things. I can’t wait to be a part of WiCS for another exciting year full of events, supporting women and building a community!

Secretary: Rachel Seong

Hi! I am Rachel, a fourth-year Computer Science student at Simon Fraser University. Outside of my studies, I love to travel, try new recipes, and watch sunsets! I am excited to be serving on the exec team again this year to help build a community that connects and uplifts women in tech!!

Treasurer: Mabel Ling

Hello there! I'm Mabel, a Computing Science major in second year. In my free time, I enjoy exploring the Metro Vancouver area and designing stickers. Looking forward to seeing what we can accomplish with this team!

Communications Coordinator: Mantaj Dhillon

Hi! I'm Mantaj and I am a Computer Science Major. For now I have interests in AI and Graphics! Some of my hobbies include being outdoors, cooking foods from different cultures and a little bit of video editing. I am so delighted to be apart of WICS alongside the amazing women+ at SFU!

Co-Technical Coordinator: Katie Sun

Katie is a 4th-year student studying Computing Science at Simon Fraser University. She is honoured to be working alongside an amazing group of women who share a passion for helping others and supporting women in technology. Katie enjoys spending time in nature, taking evening strolls around her neighbourhood, and listening to sad depressing lofi music (it's a good genre XD)

Co-Technical Coordinator: Archita Srivastava

Hello everyone! My name is Archita, and I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Computing Science with a minor in Statistics. My passion and focus lies in the field of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, and I hope to pursue research in this area. I also love meeting and interacting with like-minded individuals who share my interests. Aside from academics, I love running and swimming. In fact, I have also qualified for Indian Nationals for long distance races. With that said, I am truly grateful to be a part of the WICS Executive team and look forward to organizing informative technical events that cater to everyone's interests.

Grad Coordinator: Kimia Hashemi

Hi! I am Kimia, a master's student in Computer Science at SFU. I have found WiCS to be about empowering women and encouraging them to explore their potential and career options. That's why I am thrilled to be part of this year's executive team. During my free time, you can often find me practicing yoga, going for walks, or diving into new learning experiences!

Mentorship Program Coordinator: Kaitlynn Chan

Hi! My name is Kaitlynn and I am a fourth year Computer Science and Business student at SFU. Aside from school, I am often trying out new recipes (mostly the eating part), reading, and enjoy being active (though it is painful at times). I am very excited to meet more of you this year and can be reached through discord or can be found hanging out in the common room.

Hi! I'm Sophia, a second year Computing Science major at Simon Fraser University. I'm excited to be a part of WiCS and help plan some fun events to support the community! Besides school, I love drawing, reading, watching shows, and drinking bubble tea. :)

Hey, I am Ayana! I am starting my second year at SFU studying Computer Science. I would love to help other girls learn about CS and develop meaningful connections. Also, I am stoked to be able to plan events for such an amazing group. Thank you all and see you around!

I'm Gahee, a third year in Software Systems!! I am here to make sure you know what cool events we're having! Outside of studying, I really like to stay home. My interests lie in kpop, anime, and talking. Fun fact: I crocheted the bunny I'm holding :3 I AM AN ESTJ
