Print has published commentary by Dialogue Fellow Paul Meyer, describing Autralia's approach to transparent national security legislation and exploring the benefit of using the Australian approach as a model for Canada and other mature democracies.

The bill presented this fall was the final iteration of a process of consultation with parliament and the interested public that had been going on for more than two years."
