PRESIDENT, OFFICE DE PARTICIPATION PUBLIQUE DE LONGUEUIL
Ms. Caron-Malenfant holds near 20 years of experience in local development and public participation. She has designed and led more than a hundred citizen and stakeholder consultation processes, in particular for local, provincial and national governments, professional orders, and various other organizations in Quebec, Canada, the Francophonie and Mexico.
