My research focus includes analysis of the nexus between educational policy, practices, and commitments to inclusivity, equity, and justice. I engage in the interdisciplinary, participatory, systems change projects that aim to transform schools into inclusive and equitable communities.

- How to disrupt inequities embedded in educational systems?
- How to develop and sustain intersectional, context-driven, and equitable educational policies and practices?
- How to support educators’ efforts to decolonize teaching and promote inclusivity in schools?
