• Research Excellence Award. Werklund School of Education, University of Calgary. The award recognizes outstanding contributions to research over at least a decade by an academic staff member in the Werklund School of Education. (2025)
• Distinguished Member Award. Counselling Psychology Section, Canadian Psychological Association. This award recognizes individuals who have made significant contributions as a practitioner or as a researcher to the field of counselling psychology in Canada. (2019)
• President’s Award. Asia Pacific Career Development Association. This award is given to individuals who have made an outstanding contribution to the advancement of career development research and practice in the Asia Pacific region. (2018)
• Fellow. Canadian Psychological Association. The status of Fellow is awarded to members of the association who have made a distinguished contribution to the advancement of the science or profession of psychology. (2016)
• Lorne Flavell Award for Outstanding Service. Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association. This special recognition is awarded to long-standing members of the association who have engaged in outstanding volunteer service to the association. (2016)
