Locations:

The Ombuds Office is located at the Burnaby campus but office hours are held at the Harbour Centre campus on Thursdays and at the Surrey campus on alternating Wednesdays. 

Please email ombuds@sfu.ca to request an appointment. Both virtual and in person appointments are available.

All inquiries and discussions are private and confidential and your information will not be shared with anyone else without your permission unless

• Disclosure is required or authorized by law; or
• Compelling circumstances exist that affect anyone’s health or safety
