As SFU Guest Accommodations is located within the Residence and Housing Community, we offer a variety of spaces to our guests that are perfect for those travelling with a group or attending a conference on campus.

Private Rooms (SFU Residence Phase 2 Building)

(Available: Early May - mid August)

Private Residence Rooms (each room is single-occupancy) are comfortable and clean spaces perfect for groups and individual travellers. The traditional style residence halls have a common lounge with TV, sink and microwave and a study room on each floor. There are several private shared gender inclusive washrooms available on each floor that are equipped with toilets, sinks and showers. Designed around a central courtyard providing a peaceful and inviting atmosphere for all.

The Simon offers hotel style rooms located on the 3rd floor of our newly opened SFU Residence Phase 2 Building. This state-of-the-art building is designed to cater to the needs of our guests. Designed around a central courtyard providing a peaceful and inviting atmosphere for all.
