Technical Writing

Technical communicators research, develop, and produce policy and procedure manuals, end-user documents, and a range of other publications. They also play a vital role in the evolving high-tech sector by creating training and software manuals.

Technical Communication Certificate (online)

Learn to write, edit, and design technical documents in our online Technical Communication Certificate. Our courses don’t require you to be online at any specific time, so you can choose when and where you learn.

You’ll build a portfolio of work through practical assignments, take advantage of networking opportunities, and have the guidance and support of professional technical communicators who will facilitate your courses.

If you're not ready to apply to the online Technical Communication Certificate, you're welcome to take technical writing courses one at a time when space is available.
