Ellen Ashdown is a senior manager, human-centered change, at Salesforce. Her role involves designing, delivering and assessing instructional materials for customers and internal stakeholders. She holds a master of education in educational technology and learning design from SFU and has extensive experience in developing innovative and strategic education programs and curriculum in both corporate and higher-education settings. She is an alumnus of SFU’s Technical Communication Certificate program and has taught in the program since 2005.
