The image on the right shows the MCE result produced by Decision Wizard. The result still uses 0-255 values to show the earthquake vulnerability of BC.

On top of the MCE result, it is reclassified into 3 group, Most vulnerable, Moderate vulnerable and Less vulnerable.
We can see that most of BC area are doing fine. Places that marked as most vulnerable area are largely because of the old buildings and population number in that area.
