Hotel reservations can be made through the Executive Plaza Hotel located 8 km from Simon Fraser University at 405 North Road in Coquitlam, BC.

When placing your reservation use the following booking ID 24872 to receive the preferred conference rate (valid through April 20, 2018). 

NanoLytica 2018 will be held in the Leslie & Gordon Diamond Family Auditorium off from Convocation Mall on the Burnaby campus.  Directions can be found here.

Parking is available at Simon Fraser University.  At any of the Parking Meters in the West Parkade or Central Parkade follow these instructions to get the conference rate for parking on the day of the event:

1. Meters are Pay By Plate, please remember your License Plate
2. At the Rate screen, select option: Event Rate
3. When prompted for a Coupon Code, enter code 302, then press Enter.
4. Discounted parking will be offered, $6.50 valid for all day parking. 
5. No need to display receipt.

 

Guests can also stay at the Simon Hotel located on top of Burnaby Mountain in close proximity to the events of NanoLytica 2018.

Amenities available to you through the SFU Recreation Office include the Margaret and Paul Savage Swimming Pool, gymnasiums, racquet courts, fitness centres, indoor and outdoor running tracks, and more.

These accommodations are also in close proximity to a relatively new community, UniverCity, which offers access to coffee shops, a variety of restaurants, a grocery store, and other amenities.
