Eldon Emberly

Distinguished dissertation earns double honors

SFU physics PhD graduate Eldon Emberly received both of the nation's top graduate student honors for the significance and originality of his work on molecular circuitry. In January, he received the 2001 Natural Sciences and Engineering Council doctoral prize in science and engineering; in September, he won the 2001 distinguished dissertation award from the Canadian Association for Graduate Studies.
