SFU STAR is a partner on a multi-site five-year research project called IncludeAge. The project focuses on how we can improve the inclusion of middle to older aged people (40+) with Learning Disabilities and/or people who are Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender + (LGBT+), by learning about their experiences of being included in physical places and online spaces. STAR is currently designing an IncludeAge website, designs all knowledge mobilization materials for the project, and consults on project communications over the course of the project.
