- Violation of University Policies (6 incidents)
- Unauthorized Entry or Prescence (3 incidents)
Outcomes: Informal resolutions (39%), apologies (29%), formal reprimands (18%), are the most common resolutions.

Outcomes: Informal resolutions (44%), apology letters (32%) and formal reprimands (12%) are the most common resolutions
