Students Build HRM Presence on Wikipedia

June 04, 2018

In keeping with the program’s “glocal” (global+local) theme, candidates in our HRM Law and Policy course are asked to compare the rules governing heritage in a place they regularly work with the rules in an unfamiliar jurisdiction where they might like to work one day.

Transforming their coursework into practical resources, a few of our students have shared their learnings in new entries on Wikipedia. For example, here are two entries by star MA candidate Whitney Spearing:

Wikipedia has become a leading source of well-referenced information on cultural heritage sites and institutions, and we’re excited to see how our MA candidates continue to contribute to HRM knowledge on the site.
