Pedagogy for Social Change

If you engage in any feminist, liberation, Freirian, experiential, or anti-oppression pedagogy please consider sharing some of your insights and experience in this session. Rather than simply describe it to us, it would be great if you could lead us in short interactive exercises that can be used with students.  These could range from 5 to 20 minutes, and could be concept specific (such as a privilege line) or ones that could be used across concepts (like the fishbowl) to support the voices of those less heard or talk about emotionally loaded concepts, etc.

Si votre approche pédagogique s’inscrit dans une perspective féministe, libératoire, freirienne, expérientielle ou anti-oppressive, alors cette séance est l’occasion pour vous de faire part de certaines de vos connaissances et expériences. Plutôt que de simplement nous en dresser un tableau, ce serait apprécié si vous pouviez proposer et animer des courts exercices interactifs spécialement conçus pour des étudiants. D’une durée variant de 5 à 20 minutes, ils pourraient reposer sur un concept particulier (comme la limite des privilèges) ou sur un ensemble de conceptualisations (comme le bocal à poissons) permettant aux personnes marginalisées de se faire entendre ou d’aborder des concepts émotionnellement chargées, etc.
