Bettina Cenerelli

Dr. Bettina B. Cenerelli is Director of Strategic Academic Planning and Student Affairs in the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences (Dean's Office) at Simon Fraser University (SFU) in British-Columbia, Canada. Between 2011 and 2015, she was Associate Director at the Office of Francophone and Francophile Affairs at SFU, responsible for the French Cohort Program. Prior to arriving at SFU, she was Program Director at the Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation (Montréal, QC), editor at the Presses de l'Université de Montréal (QC) and assistant professor at Mount Allison University (NB). Having studied in Germany (FU Berlin; Universität Siegen) and in France (Université de Pau; École Normale Supérieure, Paris - pensionnaire étrangère; Sorbonne, Paris), she has received a Ph.D. in French Literature (Universität Siegen) and a First State Examination (1. Staatsexamen) in French and History (FU Berlin).
