TAKE NOTICE: Targeting Action and Knowledge Exchange at the Nexus of Environment and Health Through Integrated Children and Youth Engagement
This project will produce evidence useful for consolidating strategies for communicating about the climate crisis in ways that support the mental health and wellbeing of youth (ages 15-24). Through a survey, critical discourse analysis, and arts-based courageous conversations with youth across Canada, we will aim to develop a deeper understanding of how youth themselves choose to talk about the climate crisis, where and how dis/misinformation about the climate crisis is being communicated to youth, and how it is impacting their sense of the future, and from there, identify pathways for changing how we communicate about the climate crisis to support the mental health of youth.
Stay tuned for access to the survey!
