Wishes:	Thelma, we had a wonderful lunch at the SFU University Club many years back now, but I can remember it very clearly. You gave me a piece of advice back then that I use as my yardstick for dealing with difficult situations: reflect on the situation, wait until you are calm and then deal with it head on. Thank you for that, and for many other things, and I wish you a wonderful celebration on this momentous occasion.
