CAREER DEVELOPMENT

We see career development as a lifelong journey — one that supports your growth and the impact you’ll make in your profession and community. Through one-to-one advising and coaching, workshops, small-group sessions, mentorship, and peer support, you’ll be equipped to enter residency with confidence and continue building a meaningful, community-connected career in medicine.

CAREER PLANNING & EXPLORATION

Through guided reflection and thoughtful career exploration, we’ll help you identify your strengths, interests, and values — and begin shaping the kind of physician you aspire to become. Along the way, you’ll be encouraged to stay curious, set goals, engage in meaningful experiences, and reflect on how these experiences continue to shape your evolving path.

NETWORKING & MENTORSHIP

We help connect you with residents and physicians, creating space to build relationships, ask questions, and and explore different practice environments and specialty areas. Through panels, mentorship, and community placements, you’ll be supported in building a strong, professional network.

RESIDENCY PREPARATION

You’ll receive early and ongoing guidance on residency applications — from elective planning and CV development to personal statements and interview preparation. Opportunities to engage with residents and program directors will give you clear insight into residency pathways and expectations and help you build the professional and personal skills needed as you move through training and into independent practice.
