NMR Service Request Form

Clients within the Simon Fraser University

Occasional users may submit their samples to be run by NMR staff. The samples should be labelled  on the glass or the cap with a permanent marker. Please submit your sample along with the completed NMR service request form. 

Clients outside of the Simon Fraser University

We are pleased to provide services to academic and industrial clients outside of the SFU at a competitive NMR rate. By submitting NMR samples along with the completed NMR service request form, the client acknowledges that he/she has read, understands and agrees to the Terms and Conditions.
