FINs – Adding Favorites
Q: My favorites have disappeared. How can I add them back?

A:  With the newer version of the Finance System, Oracle has introduced the concept of WorkCentres to help you navigate the system. However, if you want to choose to add Favorites for quicker access to specific pages please select the General Guide to FINS course in the Online Knowledge Centre @https://ps-upk-web-prd.its.sfu.ca/KCenter/LearningPaths/LearningPaths.aspx.

• Select the ALL SFU Employees in the Knowledge Path list
• Select the General Guide to FINS course
• Select the Adding Favorites topic (appears beneath the Overview of End User Work Center topic)

FAST
Q: How long will the old version of FAST be available?

A:  The previous version of FAST (using the previous chart of accounts) will be available until at least the end of the fiscal year. The link to the old version can be found at: https://fast-tst.its.sfu.ca/

Please note: no new users will be given access to the previous version of FAST. Any new access requests will done to give access to the production version using the new chart of accounts.
