Career Path Exploration on-line with Alumna Celine Reyes

November 03, 2021

Alumna Celine Reyes graduated in 2019 with her BA in Linguistics including certificates in Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL) and in Linguistics of Speech Science (CLSS). She taught ESL for more than 2 years after graduating, and is currently doing her masters degree in Educational Technology at Concordia University. Her career goal now is to become an instructional designer.

Celine will talk about her experiences in the TESL program, tips to finding work, working in the field, and how her career options are expanding. Celine is joining us from Montreal and her short talk will be followed by a Q&A.  Be inspired and bring your questions.

Join students currently taking Linguistics in the Real World (LING 280) on Monday, Nov 8, 2:30 pm for this opportunity to consider your career path and learn from others.
