Centre heralds new era of teaching and learning

The Learning and Instructional Development Centre (LIDC) debuted in 2001, underlining SFU's commitment to creating an exemplary environment for teaching and learning. LIDC serves as a one-stop shop for SFU faculty looking to improve their lecturing skills, adopt newer teaching methods, or introduce multimedia into their courses. By encouraging professors to combine humanity and technology in the classroom, LIDC promises to help students learn more, and learn better.
