The RTW Information Session is designed to help you understand your academic standing and the available options for students with a Required to Withdraw (RTW) academic standing, including college readmission and the Back on Track (BOT) program. Please note, attending the information session is a mandatory first step for students interested in joining BOT. 

The eligibility and program requirements for the BOT program will also be reviewed in depth during the information session.

UPCOMING ONLINE SESSIONS

• December 24, 2025 – 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM (Zoom)
• January 5, 2026 – 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM (Zoom)
• January 15, 2026 – 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM (Zoom)

You must register for the session through Advisor Link (https://community.sfu.ca/advising/s/info-sessions). Once logged in, scroll down on the home page and click on "Required to Withdraw Information Sessions."
