SFU Beedie’s ACE (Advancing Canadian Entrepreneurship) chapter has made history at the 2025 ACE Canada Nationals, earning the prestigious Chapter of the Year (School of the Year) award for the first time. Competing against top business schools across Canada, ACE SFU achieved the highest win rate and brought home an impressive 15 medals, marking the most successful performance in SFU Beedie’s history.

ACE Canada Nationals is the country’s premier case competition event, bringing together over 1,000 student delegates from across Canada for an intense weekend of case challenges, networking with industry professionals, and team-building experiences. Participants compete in over 19 case events, showcasing their problem-solving skills, business acumen, and innovative thinking.

“Winning Chapter of the Year was incredible and a testament to everyone’s hard work,” said ACE SFU President Sage Singh. “Beyond the wins, what made it special was the unwavering support we had for each other—celebrating every success and recognizing the hard work behind it. The two days we spent exploring Toronto before the competition brought our team even closer, and that bond made the whole experience even more unforgettable.”

The victory at Nationals reinforces ACE SFU’s reputation as a powerhouse in case competitions and a leader in business innovation. The team’s outstanding performance highlights the dedication, collaboration, and strategic thinking that define SFU Beedie’s business students.
