Summer 2026 Timeline and Evaluation

An official final transcript, including graduation, must be submitted to Undergraduate Admissions by February 1, 2026 via STS. Transcripts emailed by your school or distributed learning provider will not be accepted by SFU Admissions. 

All courses must be complete prior to this date, such that final grades for all of your courses appear on your Ministry of Education transcript by February 1, 2026.

This includes distributed learning online courses, so please ensure your distributed learning provider submits your final grades to the Ministry of Education in time for SFU to access them.

The Student Transcript Service (STS) form authorizes SFU to access your official transcript from the Ministry of Education. Please complete this form by February 1, 2026.

To complete the form:

• Go to BC Order Transcripts and Certificates
• Select the option to have your transcript sent now
• Give SFU permission to request transcript updates of your official record until May 2026

Challenge exams will appear on your transcript as the course you are challenging, with the grade you receive on the exam.

We require your final challenge grade to be on your official Ministry of Education transcript by the document deadline of February 1, 2026.
