Conditional Offers

Your offer of admission is conditional upon meeting the requirements below.

BC/Yukon students — interim and final grades

  • Pass all required courses and maintain a competitive grade range for your program
  • Complete in-progress courses
  • Meet the minimum Math and English requirements
  • Graduate from high school

Interim grades

  • We will receive your official interim grades from the B.C. Ministry of Education in late April to May. These grades will be used to verify your self-reported grade information
  • If you do not meet the admission requirements at this stage, your offer of admission may be revoked

Final grades

  • We will receive your official final grades from the B.C Ministry of Education in July. These grades will be used to confirm that all admission requirements have been met
  • If you do not meet the admission requirements at this stage, your offer of admission may be revoked

International high school students — final grades

  • Pass all required courses and maintain a competitive grade range for your program of acceptance
  • Complete in-progress courses
  • Meet the minimum Math and English requirements
  • Graduate from high school
  • Submit an official document with final grades to confirm your offer. See your Student Centre To Do List for details on how to submit a required final document(s)

All other high school students — final grades

  • Pass all required courses and maintain a competitive grade range for your program of acceptance
  • Complete in-progress courses
  • Meet the minimum Math and English requirements
  • Graduate from high school
  • Submit an official document with final grades to confirm your offer. See your Student Centre To Do List for details on how to submit a required final document(s)  

International Baccalaureate (IB) students

Your offer of admission is based on your IB Predicted Grades and will be reviewed once final grades are available from the International Baccalaureate Organization.

Transfer Credit has been awarded on the basis of your predicted grades and is subject to confirmation upon review of your final IB scores in mid-July.

  • Pass all required courses and maintain a competitive grade range for your program of acceptance
  • Complete in-progress courses
  • Meet the minimum Math and English requirements
  • Successfully complete the IB Diploma

College/university transfer students

Your admission offer is based on the grade point average (GPA) achieved on the courses you have completed at the time of the admission evaluation. Your admission offer will be re-evaluated upon receipt of an official, final transcript(s). To retain your admission offer:
 
  • Maintain the competitive admission average for your program of acceptance
  • Complete program specific courses, and courses in-progress at the time of your admission decision
  • Submit an official document with final grades to confirm your offer. See your Student Centre To Do List for details on how to submit a required final document(s)
  • Students admitted to the Beedie School of Business must achieve a final letter grade of a C- (c minus) in the 8 required courses
  • Fraser International College (FIC) students must adhere to the conditions of their pathway agreement
