Playing / capturing published music (copyright protected) at athletic games and events.

Cameras rolling at an athletic event, or other event where copyright protected music is playing, should not capture or record music.

Obtain permission and pay a licensing fee that is legal and binding.

Ensure that you are permitted to enter into a contract on behalf of the University before purchasing a music license.
