Wellness Day

SFU’s Vancouver campus has offered a combination of in-person and online Wellness Day events since 2020 that have featured activities like yoga, chair massages, a Wellness Fair, nutrition and physio workshops, mental health panel discussions, photo contests, an active challenge, an Art Therapy painting workshop, and the much-loved Dog Therapy. The goal of this annual event is to encourage students, staff, and faculty down the path to a healthier lifestyle and to provide a means of awareness to the services that are available to assist them in their day-to-day lives. We also aim to build a community that positively influences the health and well-being of its members, and supports local businesses.
