We can help you amplify your Vancouver campus news or events through the Vancouver campus digital channels.

Where Do I Submit my Content?

Submit your social media and web requests to vanadmin@sfu.ca. Digital screen bulletins can be created and scheduled using Carousel.

What Content Do We Amplify?

  • SFU news and events at the Vancouver campus, or that involve Vancouver faculty and programming. We can promote third-party news and events if SFU is directly involved.
  • Events that appeal to broad audiences.
  • Information that is aligned to the purpose and audience of our channels.

Submission Guidelines

Before you submit content for amplification on SFU's Vancouver campus digital channels, familiarize yourself with the requirements for each platform:

  • Stories about programs and research exclusive to Vancouver campus, for example: SFU Woodward’s events or School of Public Policy researchers in the news
  • Articles about the impact and achievements of students and alumni community
  • Student services, resources and opportunities, for example: Dog Therapy
  • Community events

Keep it short. Viewer attention is lost by about 80 percent after 30 seconds of the video.
