Accessibility and Accommodations in BPK: What the Data Tell Us & What Helps in Practice
Accommodation requests are up, and so are the questions: What’s fair? What maintains rigour? How do we manage the workload? And what exactly is the process?
In this session, we’ll share results from a recent BPK accessibility survey, including what we’re seeing with accommodations and where there’s still a lack of clarity. Joanna Angelidis, the director of the Centre for Accessible Learning, will be part of the session to clarify processes and share best practices for navigating accommodations, and to answer questions directly.
This is grounded in BPK, but open to anyone in Science dealing with similar challenges.
