Leading Agile Projects

Learn to lead Agile teams and manage projects with flexibility and measurable impact. This course dives into Agile project management methodologies and the skills needed to lead teams in dynamic, adaptive environments. You’ll compare Agile with predictive approaches, and practice aligning project goals with outcomes. Through practical exercises, such as creating sprint planning agendas and burndown charts, you’ll gain hands-on experience in facilitating continuous value delivery.

A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide), 8th edition. Available as of January 2026 for purchase from online or local bookstores, or through the PMI website. We will expect you to have read the textbook, as this course will reference relevant chapters.
