Project Planning and Controlling
What does it take to deliver projects on time, within scope, and on budget while optimizing value? In this course, you’ll master the planning and controlling techniques required for project success. You’ll develop project plans using Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), network diagrams, and scheduling methods such as Gantt charts and the Critical Path Method (CPM). Focusing on real-world scenarios, you’ll practise effective resource allocation, budgeting, and monitoring with Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to manage the scope, schedule and constraints of a project.
The final assignment is due one week after the course ends.
