Pardeep Brar

Pardeep Brar has over 12 years of work experience within the public service. She currently holds a human resources management position within local government and offers expertise in the areas of talent acquisition, employee training and development, human resources information systems, job evaluations, compensation, performance management, collective agreement interpretation, onboarding and strategic planning. Pardeep is passionate about continuous learning and providing support to those entering the human resources field. In her spare time, she works closely with students interested in mentorship opportunities to help prepare them for entering the field and offers guidance to those looking to accomplish their career goals.

Pardeep holds a bachelor of business administration degree specializing in human resource management and recently completed a labour relations certificate with Ryerson University.  She is actively engaged with the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources (CPHR) of British Columbia and Yukon.
