Cindy Klassen brings two decades of experience in disability management working in both the private and public sectors. She has a collaborative, people-centred approach and a strong commitment to a positive employee experience and finding the “win/win” outcome for all stakeholders navigating complex disability management issues. In addition to her undergraduate degree, Cindy completed a Health and Fitness Studies certificate and a diploma in rehabilitation management at SFU, as well as a Master of Arts in Disability Management from the University of Northern British Columbia. Cindy is also a certified CMHA Psychological Health and Safety Advisor. Most recently, Cindy’s passion has been focused on addressing the serious impacts of workplace bullying and harassment on employee wellness and organizational culture.

Outside of work, Cindy enjoys spending time with friends and family and is an enthusiastic container gardener. Cindy also values continual learning, so you are likely to find her on a history walk learning about her home on Vancouver Island, taking a community class or following her curiosity in some other way.
