Lisa Stephen

Lisa Stephen (B.A, B.Ed.) has applied her expertise as a career educator, workshop facilitator and director of outplacement in Toronto, Vancouver and Arizona. She attained her Certified Professional Resume Writer (CPRW) designation in 2008 to formalize her ability to communicate her clients’ values so they can secure career building roles aligned with what matters to them most. 

More recently, Lisa gained expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and shared this knowledge at the BC Career Development Association conference and CONTACT conference in Saskatoon. She continues to stay at the forefront of her craft as part of the resume writers team with global powerhouse agency Randstad Risesmart. As the owner of Career Pathing agency, Lisa’s goal is to empower resume writing expertise across all industry sectors to exponentially boost client success.
