Navpreet Singh

As a higher education and continuing education professional, Nav Singh has many years of experience in teaching core competency human resources courses at several post-secondary institutions. In early 2022, she taught an Organizational Behaviour course to degree students at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University. She previously taught for several years as an instructor in the Human Resource Management Certificate program with Continuing and Professional Studies at Sheridan College.

Nav has more than five years of extensive experience in managing curriculum design and delivery, program management including evaluation, maintenance and renewal, and faculty management. In addition to the education sector, Nav has held progressive management roles in financial services, consulting and not-for-profit. As a HR/diversity consultant, Nav has provided consulting services to various clients on cultural competency and newcomer integration and retention. 

One of her greatest accomplishments is designing a new course on cultural competency for the Human Resources Professionals Association (HRPA), which is offered through its professional development program. Nav has extensive experience as a keynote speaker presenting to large audiences at national HR conferences.

Nav graduated cum laude with an MBA from the University of Windsor. She specialized in human resources and labour relations. She also has a BBA from the University of Toronto.
