Holly Zhang

Holly Zhang (she/her/hers), MBA, CBAP^® has over 30 years of experience in enterprise transformation, information technology development, project management, business analysis and adult education. She has managed large and small strategic initiatives, process improvement and information system implementation projects. She has experience working in banking, worker’s compensation and higher education industries.

Holly actively participates in the business analysis and project management communities by presenting at the ProjectWorld*BusinessAnalystWorld conference, and mentoring and coaching fellow business analysts. She has served on the International Institution of Business Analysis (IIBA) Vancouver Chapter board for about 10 years. She has also reviewed and advised on business analysis standards for IIBA.

Holly holds a BSc. and an MSc. in computer engineering from China and an MBA from the University of British Columbia. She is a Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP^®), a Certified ScrumMaster^® (CSM^®), a Certified SAFe5 Agile Product Manager and Lean Portfolio Manager, and a certified Prosci change management practitioner. She has also received Competent Leader, Competent Communicator and Advanced Communicator Bronze awards from Toastmasters International.

Holly enjoys reading, walking, cycling, gardening and traveling. She is passionate about business analysis and project management, and wants to share her knowledge and experiences with other practitioners.
