Congratulations to the 2026 speech-language pathology admits
To mark the beginning of Speech and Hearing Month, which highlights the vital role of communication health professionals, everyone at SFU Linguistics would like to offer a huge congratulations to our students who have just received the exciting news that they are admitted to grad school for speech-language pathology in Fall 2026.
Rita Parmar, Student Advisor, has advised many SLP applicants over the years and she often gets to hear the good news from these students. So far, the total number of students who have reported their admission to an MSLP program is ten.
Of these admits, eight will be studying in Vancouver, one will be moving to Edmonton to attend the University of Alberta, and one will be heading to Montreal to attend McGill University.
Feature profiles of the students will be released throughout Speech and Hearing Month, so keep an eye on this webpage for updates.
